What are Anionic Surfactants?

Anionic surfactants refer to a class of surfactants, which can ionize anions after the molecules are dissolved in water.

Anionic surfactants ‌contain negatively charged hydrophobic groups.

Characteristics:

According to the structure of hydrophilic groups, the anionic surfactants are structurally divided into four categories: carboxylates, sulfonates, sulfates and phosphates.

Applications:

1. Agriculture
