    Product Features:

      GS-60 is a kind of Aldehyde-Free Color Fixing Agent.

1. The molecule with a reactive group，which can be combined with dyes and fibers, thereby improving the color-fixing effect, the color light and chroma are not biased if under normal usage.
2. The product will not produce formaldehyde after color fixed, it is Eco-friendly.

    Applications:

•    Preparation: Dilute GS-60 with 2-3 times water in the first step.
• Reference dosage: 1.5~3.5%（O.W.F)
• Temperature: 45-55℃
• Time: 30~40 minutes
• PH Value: 6~7

   Technological Process:

     Dye→Rinse（wash、neutralize、soap boiling kettle→ Color Fixing→Rinse→ Others

    Notes:

• Be sure to be washed clean before fixing color, so as not to affect the fixing effect.
• After fixing the color, it should also be washed clean, so as not to affect the effect of the following process.
• The PH value will also affect the color fixing effect, please adjust according to the actual situation.
• Increasing the amount and temperature of the fixing agent are conductive to improving the color fixing effect, but too much may cause color changed.
• The factory should try the sample first, then according to the actual situation to adjust the process to achieve the best color-fixing effect.
