Low Temperature Soaping Agent for reactive dyes, 60-80℃ soaping agent, excellent fastness of washing & soaking.
This product is suitable for after dyeing low temperature soaping of cellulose fiber (cotton, rayon, hemp, etc.) and blended fabrics.
Using compounds, dyes chemistry and physical effect, it can effectively remove unfixed reactive dyes and hydrolyzed dyes on the surface of dyed fabrics, improve the color fastness and brightness of fabrics.
It will not reduce the surface tension of the solution, so they will not produce foam when the working liquid is dynamic.

Suggested Dosage and Technical Process
- Suggested Dosage: Light Color: 0.1~0.15g/L, Midium Color: 0.2-0.3g/L, Dark Color: 0.3~0.5g/L.
- Suggested Technology: Washing by water after dyeing, drain away water---->Yancool 60-70℃ (15~30min) drain away water---->washing by water,drain away water---->per-acid(0.2~0.3g/L HAC) drain away water---->fix color and other process
